Because this package instantly generates a personalized document from your own answers, we ask that you reach out within 7 days of purchase if it wasn’t what you expected, and we’ll make it right.

This is a yearly service. You can cancel anytime before it renews for another year with no charge. If you’re charged for a renewal by mistake, let us know within 14 days and we’ll refund it in full.

Email hello@beforeandbeside.com with your order email and the product name. We process refunds back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

This policy exists so you can try our guides with confidence. We ask the same in return: please don’t purchase, download, and immediately request a refund with no intention of using the guide. If we see a pattern of that, we may decline future refund requests.
